Welcome to Coffee Paradise

Colombia is a privileged country for the cultivation of coffee. Its comparative advantages of altitude, soil, and rainfall among others make Colombian coffee a very special coffee.

Colombian coffee is grown in remarkably diverse climates and varied topographies. This diversity is what gives the coffees originating from different departments or regions the distinctive differences in their sensory profile.

In spite of these climatic and geographical varieties in a specific region, large areas of crops can offer homogeneity in the Cup profile.

Our primary sources are:

Santander region: Provides body, bitterness and strength.

Huila and Armenian region: Provides acidity and sweetness.

Cundinamarca and Tolima region: Adds smoothness and acidity.

These Special Colombian Coffees are cultivated by dedicated coffee growers from different ethnic groups and diverse cultural traditions that characterize their unique coffee growing techniques along the Colombian territory.

Furthermore, these coffee growers are faithful to their traditional cultivation and production practices using specific trees to provide the ideal shade needed for the different varieties of Arabica coffees that grow in Colombia.

All of the Special Colombian Coffees are carefully washed and dried by the coffee growers using their own cultural traditions and the processing methods suggested by the National Federation of Colombian Coffee Growers for each specific region to achieve the perfect flavor for the perfect cup of Colombian Coffee!

The exceptional qualities of these coffees; the fragrance, the aroma, the acidity and the perfect body have encouraged the National Federation of Colombian Coffee Growers to offer these coffees to those consumers that are looking for beverages of a perfect quality.
